Ingredients
Chicken Wings (Wing's part only) 1 Kg
Oyster Sauce 100 Ml
Maggi Seasoning 120 Ml
Garlic/Coriander Paste 60/40 Gm
White Pepper 1 1/2 Tbsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp
- Break and take out bones of wings.
- Marinade wings with all ingredients and leave to marinade overnight.
White Fish or Dory 1 Kg
Kaffir Lime Leaves, finely shredded 8 Nos
Oyster Sauce 50 Ml
Maggi Seasoning 50 Ml
White Pepper 2 Tbsp
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Spring Onion, finely chopped 2 Tbsp
- Blend fish with all ingredients till fine paste and add chopped spring onions. Mix well.
- Stuff each wing with about 50 grams filling.
- Steam wings for about 10 minutes till cooked.
- To serve, deep fried steamed wings until golden brown.
- Serve with Thai chili sauce.
